As a child, Akiko went to a community event where each citizen placed a treasured item into a space time capsule. This capsule would be thrown to ride the outward wake of an exploding star and be found with a beacon in a century. Akiko excitedly arrived with her pet turtle named "Mozart" and when no one was looking placed him within the container with a bit of food. Later that night after launch, Akiko grew lonely and regret had overtaken her. Since this point Akiko has grown anti-social and more than a tad bit nerotic. As a teenager Akiko finally came to resolve that the only direction for her to take with her life was to kill her local industrial delivery man, steal his vessel, and run to the stars to find her sweet Mozart. He had to be waiting for her out there. Scared and alone. She must find him. Upon mention of Mozart Akiko becomes violent and attacks even the closest of friends.
