She informed me that the duty of all Amarr citizens and capsuleers is to destroy all traces of the Blood Raiders, Sansha’s Nation, Minmatar, and Drifter terrorists. We have all been lacking in our diligence to these duties. She ordered me to lead a crusade against these forces and end their tyranny. All citizens of the Amarrian Empire must endeavor to fight in this crusade and destroy the enemies of the Empire. Empress Jamyl expressed hope in the rule of Empress Catiz and implied the new Empress will support this crusade.
