Ever since the Vrix completed their ultimate weapon, the Eye of God, they have become unstoppable. One by one, the systems originally colonized by humanity were taken over by the Vrix. Of the 3 races of Humanity, the Terrans were the first to fall.

With the Death of Lady DWinter at the destruction of Somerled Station, InfiniCorp quickly weaken as infighting started with the lower executives each trying to fight for control of the corporation. Other corporations blind to the events around them, started fighting as well trying to gain economic control of the Terran Sphere. With little support from the corporations, EarthCorps could do little to stop the Vrix advance. 3 years after the Vrix invasion, the Terrans left this universe with the destruction of Earth by the Eye of God leaving only the Progen and Jenquai.

WIth Mejan their Spiritual Leader gone, having mysteriously dissappeared, the Jenquai look to the radical Ariad for leadership. Ariad starts talks with the new leader of the Progen Republic, Khan and together they formed an alliance. Leaving old hatreds in the past to fight a common foe in the present, the Progens and Jenquai fight to ensure a future for their people.

20 years later.........

The Space around Mar is lit ablaze as the remants of the Progen-Jenquai Fleet fight the Vrix to give time for the Progen and Jenquai on Mars to escape. Since the formation of the Alliance, the Progen and Jenquai have fought a losing battle against the Vrix, Losing system after system to them, all that remains of the human terrorities is the Planet Mars and its moons.

Among the fleet of Jenquai and Progen ships is Magna Magister Dtech of the Sabine Order who leads his own squadon of ships who try their best to inflict as much damage as possible on the Vrix fleet. Running through the maze of burning ship hulls, missiles and projectile and laser fire, Dtech commands his squadron to head toward the Eye of God in the center of the Vrix Fleet. Jenquai ships summon and teleport vrix ships while progen ships gravlink and menace them breaking up the formation allowing his squad to slip through.

After losing a 3rd of his ships, Dtech's squad makes it to the center of the Vrix fleet where the EOG resides. Everyone knows this is a suicide mission and that chance of survival is zero, but all agree that for their respective races to survive the EOG must be destroyed. Ignoring the Vrix ships, the squadron engages the Eye with no concern for their lives, focusing all firepower on it, The EOG begins powering up and many of Dtech's ships are in its path of fire. Immediately he orders his ships to break off their attacks as the EOG fires it weapon. Dtech watches in horror as the beam hits one of the Mar's orbital moon cannons vaporizing it along with more than half of his squad. Desperate, Dtech orders whats left of his squad to form up for a kamikaze run. Setting the ships' reactors to overload he orders progen pilots to focus their gravlink ability and jenquai their teleport ability in hope that it will cause a chain reaction that will destory the EOG. Maxing out their engines, the ships speed toward the EOG as it begins it firing sequence. Just as it fires, Dtech's squad detonates their ships, causing a rip in spacetime itself, The last thing Dtech sees is his beautiful Red Mars as he and his ship are enveloped in white light.

Dtech awakens in a medical station of the Minmatar Republic. The doctors there tell him a survey team happend upon a wreckage of a unknown alien ship. Within the ship they found small devices containing genetic data, but unfortanuely most were too damaged to make a clone. Due to the similarly of the data to the Butor genome, the Doctors were able to repair it to the point where a clone could be created. Not knowing what became of the battle at Mars or the faith of his Progen and Jenquai brethern, Dtech searches for a new destiny in this world called EVE.
