Elmas is the only surviving scion of the infamous Smugglers of Sadik. The Ministry of Internal Order initiated a crackdown and like everyone else they set their sights on, the entire clan was eliminated. Almost. She and her mother escaped to Caldari space to hideout with one of their corporate clients.
The Ministry eventually moved on, but the stress proved too much for Elmas' mother Rahan. She died of a heart attack not long after word reached them that they were no longer being hunted. The loss of her mother triggered something in Elmas and she decided to see if she was pod compatible.
Now she roams the spacelanes following in the footsteps of her forebearers... but with a clone ready to go.
