parsnip soup
1 parsnip
3 carrots
4 cabage leafs
as much celery as you want
salt and pepper
3 thick pieces of bacon
2 mugs of water

cook it all together
blent it
you get a nice thick soup and tastes great

lunch of the day

chicken strips and oven baked patato wedges

batter that normally goes of a fish
strips of chicken
patato sliced into wedges salt and pepper can be added if you want
cream cheese

dip the chicken in the batter and deep fry
patatos in the oven no oil required but you can add some if you want
cheese is a dip can add herbs or bacon bits if you want

xmas dinner on bread

get thick bread spread gravy on it
mashed roast potatons on top
mashed carrots
turkey
more gravy
lettuce
and another thick slice of bread with gravy spread on it on the top
