Note to newbies who don't understand the bounty system: Any player can put a bounty on any other player for any reason. A bounty doesn't mean someone is a scammer or a bad guy, just that they got in a conflict with another player at some point. Equally, not having a bounty isn't an indication that someone is stand up.

The exception to this is people with MASSIVE bounties (PLEX level bounties). This tells you they've annoyed many people and you should probably proceed with caution =).
