Initially working for the Hyasyoda Mining and then Lai Dai Reasearch and Development Corporations immediately after leaving the academy, Fingarfi spent several cycles mining the belts around Umokka from a Hyasyoda station.

Eventually building and fitting a Comorant to run missions for them as well, when the rocks were scarce Fingargi moved further out from Jita to Sankkasen, and after joining Limitless Expanse, to Poinen where he remained almost to present day.
