Church-broken, nation-bound, soul stricken --

They drink, pray, piss in the one place.

The mortal soul, the house-broken heart. The mortals love their place and know it. Know it as a dog knows where he was made to conform; and there he returns by instinct.

No more, for the steel womb springs eternal.

My soul knows no bounds.

I am immortal.

I am legion.

I am free.
