Skjold is the son of a Amarrian woman who one night gave shelter to a one eyed wanderer named Loter. As a young boy Skjold knew he was destined for greater things, always aiming to become more than his birthright had bestowed upon him.
During his teens his mother died refusing to use the last of the family savings for a new clone.
Skjold used the savings to purchase a mining vessel and was headhunted for his skills by a small corp. Though he holds no favor for the subhuman minmatar, the profits well made up for the insult of his presence.
Skjold quickly rose to the echonomic challenge in a small corp, and invested in a mining barge - a solid source of income - and to this day he is carving an existence out of the rocky exterior of stardust gathering in the gravitational fabric of space.
