Closest to Jita -> Vellaine V - Moon 2 - CONCORD Bureau . Make sure you are using bookmarks, insta dock spots, because these stations are pretty much camped all the time.
Be smart, bookmark first, scout, use sub 2 sec align ships like Sunesis - cargo.
Look at zKillboard for confirmation, there are expensive losses.
Take the risk and haul it yourself and make an extra 1%!
Btw, If you don't have skills, nor standings (right now it's impossible to gain standing to CONCORD) NPC station will give you 93 760 ISK after taxes. Yep, they charge you 6,24% sales tax!
