The Most Reverend Constantin Baracca (KON-stant-in bar-RAK-ka) is Archbishop of the Hinterlands. In this office, he operates all administrative duties of all official clergy in Republic, Federation, and Caldari space which are not missions or initiatives of other bodies. This used to be a small office, however, it is known to have grown to a sometimes secretive, but many millions strong, cultural community practicing the Amarrian faith outside the Empire. The size of it was what prompted his promotion to Archbishop after having become a capsuleer. He enjoys tacit approval from all three Empires to conduct limited operations, and operates as a sort of diplomat of the faith in foreign space.

Constantin is also well known as a member of the House of Baracca, renowned through the Amarr Empire as a family of high priests and bodyguards (who guard mostly ecclesiastical grounds and cleric as a specialty). Constantin was thus born to elite social status and was raised with one thing in mind... to uphold the faith. However, when Constantin came of age, he yearned to make his own way. An avid reader of the Scriptures, he decided that he would follow in the footsteps of his favorite saint, namely to wander the land, leaving behind his noble life to do God's work.

Though Constantin was a well known bishop on Amarr Prime, he has been given a mandate to spread the Word outside of the Empire. He is now known as a traveling ambassador of his faith. He serves as a minister for far-flung colonies of the Amarr religion outside Imperial space and preaches the Word to the masses, counseling even non-believers in times of need.

A true wild card for the Amarr Empire, he journeys through the cluster to bring the word of God to the godless.
