After losing his parents, older brother and younger sister to the war with the Amarr even though they were all civilians and not military, Ragnar decided the best course was to defeat the Amarr economically. The massive loss of Minmatar lives was not the way to success in his eyes. Freedom, true freedom, lie in economic dominance and independence. To achieve these ends, he created Honor and Chivalry Trading and Development Corp, dedicated to non-combat economic dominance and protection of those that can't protect themselves.

Headquartered in Embod, HCTD is slowly buiding assets and amassing blueprints and resources. Planetary Interactions have been started to learn to perfect such techniques as needed to dominate such evolutions in null space and worm holes.

Ragnar seeks other like-minded individuals to help build HCTD and make the emptiness of space a bit more enjoyable.
