Everyone always asks about the eye. Every bar I’ve ever stepped into and every person I’ve ever met has always asked the same thing “What happened to your eye?”.
I’ve told a million different stories about my eye; I’ve told people I lost it in a fight, I’ve told people that I traded it for knowledge, I’ve even told people that it was a cybernetic replacement gone wrong.
The truth is…. I don’t remember. One day I woke up without any memory of the previous week and missing one eye. Nobody knows where I was for that time, not even me.
Want to know the weird part?
I’m a capsuler, which means I’ve got a number of clone bodies created out of my DNA in storage. No matter how many times my DNA is tested, or how many times I have new clones created they are all missing one eye.
