Initiated by Illuminate Lucian at the behest of The Society of Conscious Thought to create a more virile and enhanced clone, this experiment involved specific cognitive and personality trait modifications. What emerged was a similacrum of particular zealotry, particularly in faith and scripture. Lokusst personifies the Loucan Family and its bold, opinionated, and traditional nature. Recognizing the value of this clone as "divinely inspired", this Initiate has become the spirtual leader of his corp. Taking the title "Philosopher Adept," Lokusst enforces his brutal Will upon those lacking in faith and vision.
Choosing to operate outside of the public arena, the Loucan Family use others to do their bidding; often employing simulacrum clones to represent their Will in affairs (a practice that is not widely accepted both legally and morally). Ultimately, the actions of House Loucan, and similacrum clones have left the Loucan Family politically isolated. Recent upheavals and challenges within The Society of Conscious Thought have provided an opportunity to assert and provoke their Will in peripheral areas of Empire space; without supervision or retribution of the Empire officials.
