Rupert Souup; of little known diner "Rupert Souup's -- Soups!"

His diner was destroyed, but his will stays strong. If you run into Rupert's grumpy side...well you're in for a bad day mister!

Rupert also loves thick leather wristwatches, yellow jackets, and an old pipe he mainly uses to chew on when he's intensely focused.
