Frank enlisted in the Federal Navy Academy, as he could not find satisfaction in any other job.

He soon realised that being a fighter pilot was what he was born to do. He enjoyed protecting others and so swore an oath that he would do just that.

Frank is honourable and loyal to all his family and friends. If anyone were to wrong them in anyway, he would be like a dog with a bone in exacting revenge upon them.
