Zeus feared me. He lay with Metis, the goddess of crafty thought and wisdom then swallowed her down all of a sudden and put her away inside his own belly. He was too late.
I am remade; the favorite daughter of Zeus, born fully armed from his forehead, and cleaved from the head of Zeus by Prometheus with the double-headed Minoan axe, the Labrys. I leaped from Zeus's head, fully grown and armed, with a shout— and pealed to the broad sky my clarion cry of war...
I am the goddess of knowledge, purity, arts, crafts, learning, justice and wisdom. I represents intelligence, humility, consciousness, cosmic knowledge, creativity, education, enlightenment, the arts, eloquence and power. I stand for Truth, Justice, and Moral values. I play a tough, clever and independent role.
Though a goddess of war strategy, I disliked fighting without purpose only encouraging fighting for a reasonable cause or to resolve conflict. I emphasises everyone use intuitive wisdom rather than anger or violence.
