Havoc was born to a military family on the fringes of Gallente Federation space. When he was 8 years old, a pirate raid on his city left nothing but a smoldering field of lifeless buildings. Even then his will to survive gave him the strength to press on. Young Havoc was soon adopted by an industrious family in a nearby town. There he learned the basics of ship flight, maintenance and rigging.

When he was 17, Havoc promptly joined the nearest military academy. After acing every class and leaving a deep impression upon every one of his instructors, Havoc graduated top of his class. The naval staff were so impressed that they immediately granted his request to became a capsuleer and they handed him his first ship. That very day, he warped out of his home system never to return. Havoc had a new mission in life, to track down and destroy the pirates responsible for the death of his parents.

Right from the start he "persuaded" bits of information from the local pirates on the attack that had transpired so long ago. Those he sought were no longer in the area. This forced him deeper into Pirate controlled space. Following a sparse and dangerous trail, he has cut a swath through space, taking no prisoners and leaving only smoking heaps of pirate debris in his wake.

His most current information has either led him to this system or required him to make some ISK, but you can be sure, he's on the hunt. Don't get in his way unless you're looking for a fight. Until those that are responsible have been erased from existence, Havoc will not relent from his search.

Currently he has a lead on two pirates named Shadow69 and Rhea. Though victory was theirs the first time around, it may not be so next time they meet...
