Raised in Amarr space as a slave of the empire, Luka quickly learned to accept what he was given. After 23 years of service he was released after risking his own life to save his master from being assassinated. Torn by his Amarr upbringing and Caldari heritage Luka spent much of his first years of freedom wandering the galaxy aboard trading ships exploring the world he had yet to experience. After 2 years of travelling the galaxy and learning what he could from pilots, engineers, and the like he went to New Caldari in hopes of finding his parents. The endeavour was fruitless as both were members of the Caldari Navy and had passed away in a recent conflict with the Gallente Federation. Luka applied to the State War Academy and began pursuing contacts in the Gallente Federation. Luka hopes to someday found a peace initiative and attempt to cease conflict between the Gallente and Caldari.
