Scirrocco was born in a now defunct mining colony. He lead a pretty average life as a child. Moving from mining colony to mining colony with his parents, 2 sisters, and his adopted sister. At the appropiate age he applied to the Federal Navy Academy wanting to get away from the mining life, but the FNA in all their wisdom placed him into the Harvesting program due to his background and knowledge.
Just prior to his graduation from FNA his family was killed due to an explosion on a mining colony that completely destryed the whole site. They official report blamed it on faulty equipment, but there were rumors that it was the resut of sabotage. So now he justs mines and stays happy.
