Raised as a proud member of the Caldari State, Palaran was taught the value of business and military prowess equally. Determined to make his mark on the universe, he trained himself up in a wide variety of skills early on, intending to stake a claim in as many industries and professions as possible, whilst also specialising in combat and industry.

Blackstar values trust and honour more than ISK and blood, but under the right circumstances, could do anything to gain an advantage over others.

Partnering up with an old friend, Palaran co-founded the Weheyland Industries Corporation, with which they hoped to make their fortune in the great wide universe.
