Miners Must Mine, This is the true code.
For the minerals they supply are the life blood of New Eden.
The New Order are heretics of the True Code and seek to restrict supply so a few may benefit with large stockpiles. It is the duty of all citizens to resist New Order.
The way of the The Saint is to use lowly weapons and self sacrifice in the defense of miners and in resistance against the New Order. The Saint does not enjoy violence, even against heretics, and so ECM with its ability to restrain is a preferred approach.
The name Tsero was given by EVE for The Saint is a servant of EVE. He cares little for money, although donations are always welcome, Any excess funds will be given to good "resistance" causes.
