It's easy to dismiss Neko Deol as a clown, a scatterbrained fool more interested in whimsical flights of fancy and suspicious food rituals than anything productive, a mouthy hot-headed loose gatt-laser, who is a few chips short of a motherboard... She is all of these things, that's why it's so damned easy! She means well though, and tries to be as friendly and entertaining as possible especially to new players. Neko will happily answer any question you have, and she totally knows things and isn't googling it at all, what are you talking about?

Though she has great passion for the Khanid Kingdom and their innovations, Neko isn't much for proclaiming the divinity of corpulent slave-drivers, so she primarily operates in Gallente space. She also shows no adherance to fake authorities, nor any awe in displays of wealth or status, nor is she likely to congratulate the self-styled PvP fighter who has even a single mining barge, newbie firagate, or industrial hauler on their killboard.
