Transferring his operations to the Caldari Business Tribunal, he still fights a lot of pirates - not to mention the Federation and their Republican lap-dogs - but now he keeps an equally watchful eye on those closer to him, as well.

Entering the State War Academy, he graduated with a burning desire to defeat the enemies of the State. He eagerly went to war against Drones, Pirates and the Gallente, often working for the Navy, but the events set in train by the Chief Executor made him realise that not all enemies of the State are outside the State.

The State may no longer sponsor the creation of Deteis Tube-Children, but that doesn't stop the Corporations. Unfortunately, not all of them operate to the highest ethical standards, and when the parent corporation called in the Tribunal to clean up its rogue office, an extremely young Ethan Chrome and his siblings ended up in one of the usual orphanages.
