Make ISK just for being in a corp and writing contracts, NO ISK REQUIRED!

After 1 Month of playing the game, I discovered this Trading Tactic, only useful in corps and with trusted people:

1) In corp chat I ask who is in Region X
1a) If no one is in Region X, respond if you are willing to travel
2) I ask you to check the SELLERS price and QUANTITY for the item in that region
3) I tell you to buy quantity X of that item and send you the ISK up front
4) You buy the item and write an ITEM EXCHANGE contract for me with zero isk payment(as I already paid you)
5) I pick up the contract myself or contract for another courier(yes it appears in my assets at the station!) to deliver to Jita or another system where I will sell it for a profit.
6) I pay you 10% of my net profit!

For you this means:
-TWO minutes to write a contract
-NO ISK required by you
-NO travel required
