Born on a mining colony, Lucifer, learned the in's and out's of industry early. He quickly struck it rich and bought his own capsule and enrolled in the Federal Navy academy to help protect the freedoms the federation provided him.

Wolfgang quickly struck it rich again in space, through exploration and salvage. Leaving the Federal Navy he knew exactly how he would spend his newfound wealth - creating a corporation that thrived off of salvage and exploration while using the wealth to hunt down criminal scum.
