Tips:
Never AFK mine
When possible establish a warp to point when undocking from frequent stations .. clears you from the dock area and allows for time to align to jump
Align to your dock for quicker warp out alignment when mining
Always have combat drones out when mining and missions
Mastery Tab on a ships info window makes for a good training guide for specific ships
Scan local on a regular basis
Security LVL 4 missions like the Assault and the Score have high yield ore in them, clear the first 2 rooms and mine out the ore, on reset the rats will return, repeat, 6 days farming is around 500 to 700 million worth of ore
Farm the second part of Mordu's Folly, the last part of In The Midst of Dead Space and Smash the Supplier for the tags, 6 days each nets around 1 billion combined sites worth of tags
Best place for tag turn in for good Isk return is Rens
Never auto-pilot anywhere
Flip your kills blue, especially if you do not want them ... helps out new players trying to build for better things and its a nice thing to do.
