"Vulnerable" means its not currently under siege or being reinforced. Its how stations usually are. "Low power" Means you can kill it in two bashes, instead of three. "Abandoned" means one bash, whenever you want. No reinforcement. "Anchoring" is a new structure that you can shoot after the 24 hour invulnurability period. "Unanchoring" means it is in the seven day invulnerable period before it drops and you can pick it up in a hauler if the owner isn't paying attention. "CORE ABSENT" just means it does not have station services available.
