Born into slavery, stealing to make my payments to the master every week so he wouldn't kill me. I finally got the resolve to kill him, but where and when should it happen? As I made my plans in my head ticking off the mental checklist, he came to me that night, drunk looking for pleasure, but he found none. This was it, my chance to exact revenge, and escape from his grimmy clutches. It was his last night. As he lay on top of me trying to enter me, my blade entered him instead, and as I watched eyes bug out, trying to scream, gasping for breath, I saw what little light in his eyes fade and die. I pulled my blade from his throat, and wiped it off on his clothes. Drenched in blood, with no other clothes to put on, I stripped. Our hideout was next to a river, and there was no moon. I stealed away to the river, and jumped in, naked, adrenaline pumping to keep me warm as I floated away. This was my first kill, and I liked the rush.
