I buy and sell all things ice and my prices are always competitive. I make fuel for a corp so I need a lot of ice. I refine ice at 100% and offer refining trades (block for product) at a 3% fee, which means you pay less than the average tax at a station and get 100% product, which takes a long time to train for.
