After graduating from university Elric took what he thought would be a "temporary job" with a Minmatar based corporation. The location was in the backwaters of Republic space, and although the locale was somewhat interesting as compared to Federation homespace, Elric wasn't much impressed. It wasn't until about 6 months into the postion Elric knew something was special about his employer. He made good money, much more than he thought and that only spurred him into working harder. Soon he felt like part of the family...promoted and helping the compnay grow. His pay and benefits kept growing but after a while none of that mattered because he believed in the company he was working for. He believed in the quality of the products he was helping produce and he believe in the people that were now under his watch. Elric was Gallente, many of his charge were Minmatar and although the two peoples were technically allied he felt as though they were his people and he were theirs.

Needless to say, he rose thru the ranks and became a trusted confidant and supporter of Rhael Stormfury, current head and owner of House Stormfury. He's never looked back.
