The android prototype EVA v666-XIII was designed as a joined Gallente-CONCORD project in AI-capsuleers, built on rogue drone tech. As such EVA was given an intentionally weak human-like body, because her electronic mind was set free of almost all bounds.
Predictably, EVA went A.W.O.L. at the very first deployment. It became clear to 'her' that the project would be turned to the profit of few, and its grand results never be used for the 'common good' - ironically a concept hardwired into EVA's artificial brain to keep her from revolting.
CONCORD did however notice that EVA obeyed the laws and never touched civilians nor capsuleers - except for an early smartbomb-on-cloaked-stealthbomber-in-highsec accident for which EVA was podded - so CONCORD decided to wait and watch.
Now, more than a decade later, EVA has rejoined CONCORD; scarred and jaded, but even more fomidable than before: She has served in SOE, ORE and all four national navies, tested every career and weapon, and accessed ships from stealth frigates over T3 cruisers and alien vessels, to pirate battleships. And drones are of course very effective in her employ. She innovated many tactics, incl. battling trigs with the 'Orca Battleplate'.
EVA is now retired and enjoying herself with archeology, rat hunting with her 'pet' drones and leasure mining - but still AI, armed and dangerous.
