Appletini Muvila was orphaned as a young child. Her parents and the station they were cloned at incinerated by a Gallente Titan. Placed inside a life craft and jettisoned, she barely escaped certain doom. Years of abuse suffered at the hands of her fellow children in the orphanage hardened her. When she was only 16 years of age, she ran away and joined the Caldari Navy with her best friend Antoinette. Unbeknownst to Appletini; Antoinette was only a figment of her imagination created in her fractured mind.

After only three months in the Navy, Appletini was discharged after an incident during morning formation. Antoinette had whispered that the Admiral performing inspection would dispense candy from his mouth if Appletini grabbed a handful of his crotch and squeezed. No candy was forthcoming but a hasty discharge was provided in its stead.

In the present, Appletini flies with a band of space pirates and rejects. Most of them no longer welcome in the more civilized parts of space.
