Son of freed slaves, Bobsyr (not his birth name) grew up in the ghetto, scratching for any sort of living possible. His parents were exploited by the local arm of the Angel Cartel until their early death. Running with gangs, Bobsyr clawed his way up into the local arm of the Angel Cartel but his dream was the stars. In one night of revenge, betrayal, blood, death and poison, Bobsyr found himself alive with the entire proceeds from a local Angel Gambling Den and the wallets of almost all the crime bosses in his city.
A desperate race through the deadly streets got him to the local space port and a seat on the first shuttle up out of the gravity well with enogh cash to set himself up in a new life.
A chance meeting on the shuttle with a Capsuleer led him to the Republic Military School, a new face and a set of false ID. On the run from the Angel Cartel, he works hard to bring on whatever hurt he can to the Angels in return.
