Y'all listen up and I will tell you the secret to happiness in life. The secret to happiness in life is Carnitas. Yep, that's right Carnitas. You find yourself a girl who will make carnitas and you will be happy all your days. You see, carnitas ain't the fanciest recipe anyone ever come up with but, it does take a bit of work and, you see, that tells you something right there. She is willing to put a little effort into your happiness. Now that's important. Course, carnitas aint the healthiest food ever invented, (I'm not telling you to eat it everyday) but, that tells you something else about what you are getting into. She's willing to let you do the little things in life that make life worth living even if they aren't ncessarily the "right" thing to do. Now, that's important. Also, did I mention carnitas is pork shoulder roasted in an oven and then baked in it's own juices till is starts to get crispy? HAHA! I can see that brought a smile to your face right there.
