Descended from farmers from the Age of Diesel, Gustav is one of the most rugged capsuleers out there. After learning to walk, he was soon assisting in mechanic work around the farm. By age ten, he was a competent mechanic and a decent operator. By 20, he could operate any piece of equipment with an engine. That got boring pretty fast though too, so he learned to fly.

In space, he's mostly a miner, but also a skilled warrior. Nothing is more exhilirating than taking a fast destroyer through an asteroid field at 1600meters per second while blasting the hell out of a swarm of frigates. Or a battleship.
