After years of backbreaking indentured servitude for the Ishukone Corporation, Roderick had managed to save up enough money to buy his service contract (and his freedom) and began the process of becoming a Capsuleer. And with that he had recieved his first ship, a rather old beat up Ibis. A few missions and ship losses later, he had learned some harsh lessons about being a capsuleer. Space is a very cold and cruel place.

A few deaths later, he soon realized the very painful reality of joining the militia with only a Merlin to fly. A few weak gunnery skills aren't going to cut it out here in the vacuum. As a reminder to this lesson, Ensign Eto decided to keep the scars he recieved as his pod burned to dust the day he dared to attack that Myrmidon.

Still... With his trademark grin, Roderick continues on.
