After a solid grounding in business and spaceship navigation at the Science and Trade Institute, Liisi obtained a position as a routing coordinator in the Perkone Corporation's Distribution Division, coordinating delivery of their high quality equipment.

After an incident where she questioned the competance of one of her managers, she was exiled to
the "sales office" in the Tennen system, as the "Assistant for Distribution" of the Regional Sales Coordinator. On arrival, she discovered that essentially this job involved being the driver for an
elderly salesman who was very close to retirement and could no longer be trusted to operate complex machinery, such as a starship. Since he rarely left the office, this gave her free reign of the corporate starship, and alot of free time, which she was putting to use doing odd jobs for corporate agents in the area. Unfortunately, when a pirate destroyed her ship, the Perkone accountants started asking questions.
