"Everyone warp!" the FC cried into the comms. But it was too late. The unidentified fleet had already warped directly on top of his fleet. Within seconds, half the fleet was scrammed. There was nothing they could do... Those that were fortunate not to get locked, started to align and ready for warp. As they warped away they could hear the frantic yells of the FC over the comms as he cried, "This is mining group Alpha. We are under attack. Request help"

To the FCs suprise, a friendly fleet warped on grid before he finished the request. Thinking they must have heard the commotion, he breathed a sigh of relief.

What happened next, make him cry out in terror. Instead of targeting the attackers, the "friendly" fleet locked onto the remaining industrial ships... In his last moments, the FC tried to comprehend what had happened... He never managed to complete his thoughts as his ship was ripped apart in a quick and swift strike from one of the attacker's guns.
