After dabbling in mining, Jace set out to become a decent cruiser pilot. After gaining some drones and hybrid turret skill he thought he could hold his own in a fight... but he got killed by a Faction frigate piloted by a billion skillpoint guy.
Deciding that wasn't enough punishment, he joined a new corp and moved to a wormhole system. There was promise of fame, fortune, and as many NPCs as you can kill. It was actually scanning, waiting for the carrier pilot (who never arrived), and gas mining. With some inventive fitting and teamwork, he and a corpmate broke the tedium and started raking in nanoribbons from C3 sites. Once that was running like clockwork, the wormhole was closed down and his corpmate left. Now, Jace is left to roam the wastes of nullsec, with only the promise of isk and corporate hangar array access in the future to sustain him.
