While on an industrial mission into Caldari Space, a Gallante miner witnessed and jumped to the defense of a freighter under the attack from Pirates. Arivving late in the battle he was able to take out most of the pirates before a final message. "Thank you, we are lost, but make sure our daughter survives'" and witnessed a small escape capsule before the ship blew up. Quickly finishing off the last two pirates, he recoved the capslule and the young girl inside.
After docking at a local Caldari Station, and learning that she had no other family, he was faced with a dilema. Caldari law would have sent her to an Orphanage, Using his contacts, he arrange for an adoption and leagal guardianship, and arrange to put her thought school. She took his name, but kepy her family one also. After many years of school, she graduated and found him and offered her services to help pay him back.
