Be as specific or as vague as you want in your order. Prices are based off on training and other requirements. But basically you will be paying the same in ISK as the equivalent ISK/account fee cost to you if you trained the character yourself, plus a slight markup.
All prices are negotiated and agreed upon before creation begins and all Character Bazaar rules are followed for the process.
Prices for existing base characters is 500Million ISK.
Prices for existing characters in training are always changing due to training.
