Almost nothing is known (or at least commonly agreed upon) about the private patriarch of the Flora family, with two notable exceptions:

1. The various businesses connected with his obscure Gallente-based empire remain ruthlessly effective.

2. He personally approved an inordinate financial investment into his twin daughters' peace venture known as Port and Starboard.

Regardless of his true motivation, his daughters Karma and Bella seem to remain the center of his attention. Upon the announcement that his head of security had been dispatched to watch over the twins' affairs, his own personal involvement was made public.
