Foar was born as a Monsera, a lesser noble family of high reputation, still he was never a real Amarr at heart. He always hated prominence and attention and he despised arrogance and slavery.
Known as a troublemaker even as a youth, Foar aided a small minmatar-friendly organization intending to free slaves in his homeland - mostly by illegal means. When these minor crimes eventually went too far and the Monsera Family Manor was investigated, there was no trace of Foar, two ships, a load of ISKs and all of the family's slaves.
His trail was seemingly found and led to a distant colony at the empire's borders. There, Foar had befriended the Rizel family, an independant family of explorers and adventurers. Eventually he even adopted their name.
When the Investigators arrived at the colony, the whole place was destroyed and there was no trace of neither Foar nor the Rizel family.
