Orange Peel
Mix sugar and water, add ice, bourbon and cherry. Mix and add garnish.

2 Shots Bourbon
1 Shot Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
Mix them together with Ice.

Dry Gin Dirty Martini
3 Shots Dry Gin
1 Shot Extra Dry Vermouth
1/2 Shot Olive Brine
Shake with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with two olives.

Blue Kamikaze
2/3 Shot Lime Juice
2/3 Shot Blue Caracao
2/3 Shot Vodka
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled shooter.

Classic Manhattan
3 Shots Bourbon Whiskey
1 Shot Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Bitters
Stir in a chilled glass with ice. Garnish with two maraschino cherries.

2 Shot Triple Sec

Shake with Ice. Serve on the rocks with salt. Garnish with Lime wedge.
