Having researched his lineage the Archbishop discovered that he was an ancestor to a long forgotten hero. In his niave excitement, he shared this new-found information with his peers at the institution, which led to his undoing. As a member of the bloodline of the great First Wizard Zorander and his grandson Richard Rahl, Morphius could no longer be allowed to remain within the hallowed walls of the Royal Amar Institute. Stripped of his title and his authority he could do little to avoid being banished from the Holy sect he had known as home.

Now the displaced priest wanders the heavens in search of his destiny, vowing to one day return and reclaim his rightful place beside the throne.
