Sorry me, but it only looks like I'm exactly knows what You need to do in such situations.
I have only basic knowledge in EVE world and gameplay, but I have great practice in many other games and I can use my brain in a right way to produce correct (or close to) answers in some situations.
You always can continue asking in corp, but I may offer to You one other way to find answers. It is a part of self-learning.
Just imagine yourself, how it may work, or from what it may be dependent, then try to find acknowledgements in skills market (for skill dependents and relations i.e.). Just read descriptions and look into attributes of interesting skills.
