The history of this toon is that back during Christmas 2005, Mannyman started playing, and roleplay was a thing back then. This was before Carriers and Supers and Titans were in game. Only way to live the life in null was out of towers, and to build an NPC station that could be encountered.
Well roleplay was a thing, and pirates in low sec was a thing then. Who didnt need a Pirate Police ? Yeah I know.
This toon got trained as sub capital, to support mannyman, and to bubble for fleets. Suddenly after a few years of training the toon got too skilled to delete, so it kept training, still roleplay name for such a skilled toon :(
