Here's how it works!
• All participants will be given an EVE MAIL TICKET with a serial number once bought (send all ISK to Sinclarity Sacred) at the price of 8mill each and each character will be limited to 10 tickets each!

• I WILL HAVE ALL SERIAL NUMBERS COPIED IN MY COMPUTER SO THAT THERE ARE NO SCAMS!
Lottery
• Lottery will be drawn by http://www.random.org/nform.html
If you are interested in how this works please put a 5 in the first box, a 1 in the second box, 75 (or x, due to the unknown participant outcome) in the next box, and a 3 in the last box.
It will look something like this:
Generate 5 random integers (maximum 10,000).
Smallest value 1 (limit -1000,000,000).
Largest value 75 (a variable which will change due to the participants joining.) (limit 1000,000,000).
Format in 3 columns.
Explanation
• The generation of numbers will give a random 5 digit integers which will randomly pick the SECOND Place winner, the FIRST place winner will be picked next thus using the same technique as before. However the variable “x” will determine how many players are competing against each other which will be at least a 75 however please read below if the number of participants are not more than 75.
Winner will be announced in the following way:
• EVE-MAIL - Please DO NOT and I mean DO NOT Eve-mail me about tickets or you will be disqualified (NO SECOND CHANCES!!). Participants who won will be EVE-MAILED to their win and the location or Locations of the items they’ve received. No character shall win more than one item per Lottery!
DONATIONS ARE WELCOME FOR THE LOTTERY
• ALL DONATIONS WILL BE WELCOME, If donating ISK please send and EVE-MAIL to my account stating that it is a DONATION to the Manufacturing Lottery
• Please be considerate and don’t donate .01 ISK it will be a waste of time for you and everyone else (it will be considered a donation of stupidity to my account), and will not be included in the LOTTERY PLEASE MAKE NOTE THAT THE Minimum for ISK Donation to the Manufacturing Lottery is 1 Million ISK
