Born in a gutter outside a caldari drugs factory (disguised as a biscuit factory) David 'Spoony' Akoris begun life as he has spent most of it, kicking, screaming and moaning.
Spoony took to crime at a young age, joining a gang on his home planet which affectionately called themselves "guristu hammers". Whilst in their ranks, after committing a rather interesting robbery (as the records record) involving an ammarian slaver hound (they still do not record how the boys came across it) a minmatarian blood sample, and the cities administrator, this crime would involve the removal of Spoonys hands as punishment (he is rumored to have kept them).
It was then by chance that Spoony got involved in the pod pilot community, a lone amarrian on trade business known as behemoth claide took pity on Spoony, he taught him the wonders of pod piloting and Spoony, after showing no previous ambitions or tale
